Yukie Emoto's Obituary
Yukie Emoto, 97, of Waikapu, Maui, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2021. She is survived by son Warren (Helen) Orikasa, daughter Iris (Ken) Tomita, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Yukie was a gifted seamstress and touched many lives. She enjoyed traveling to Europe, Japan, China, Australia, and Las Vegas. Her pastime included playing hanafuda with her friends, and she was a voracious reader of novels. She was always filled with joy, happiness, and thanks to God. She will be dearly missed. Nakamura Mortuary assisted and private family services were held.
