Nguyen Thi Okada's Obituary
Nguyen "Jackie" Okada, aged 85, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026, surrounded by her children. Jackie was born on February 18, 1940, in Ben Tre, Vietnam. She lived a life rooted in love, resilience, and devotion to her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and found her greatest joy spending time with those she loved dearly. She is survived by her six children: Jack, Guy, Sharon, Diane, Steven, and Jean; ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry forward her legacy of kindness and strength. Jackie had a deep love for her family, took great pride working in her garden, and had a lifelong affection for animals. Her gentle spirit, warmth, and caring nature touched everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched and will be remembered always with love. We love you Jackie!
