Michael Geresy's Obituary
Michael (Mikey) Geresy 63, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025, at Maui Hospice Hale with Family at his side. Born March 1, 1962 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Bill and Connie Geresy. He graduated from Piscataway High School in Piscataway NJ before moving to Maui in 1982. where he was a roofer by trade for 20 years before retiring
Mike is predeceased by Sister Janice Geresy Vegola. He is survived by his Sister Lorraine Schelfe, Nephew, Nick Vegola, Nieces, Lena Schelfe, Christina Schelfe, Stephanie Vegola and Grand Niece Kalena Schelfe. He is also survived by his former spouse, Laura Lee Farrell and two sons Shane Farrell and Sai Morton. Known also as “Unko Mike” to many, he was one of a kind. He was a friend to so many people in our community and left behind Aloha wherever he ventured. He had an unparalleled ability to inject humor into any situation and his sense of humor will outlive him for generations to come. May he rest now, peacefully.
